How the Triangle Works
The model that shows how your mind, body, and actions connect.
Your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors don't operate in isolation - they form a loop, each one continuously shaping the others.
This loop is called the cognitive triangle. A situation triggers it, but the situation isn't what determines how you feel or what you do. Your interpretation of that situation does.
Because the three points of the triangle are connected, changing one changes the others. That's the core principle: you can work at the thought level to shift the whole cycle.
